We had been looking for what seemed like forever for our perfect venue we had almost given up hope as none seemed to have everything we wanted, a Castle, a Pavillion, enough accomodation for our guests etc but upon changing our area search came across Fingask Castle and we are so very glad we did. As soon as we arrived for the viewing bot only were we blown away with the grounds and buildings but with Renton who showed us around, he was a breath of fresh air, friendly, warm, professional, interested in what we had to say, funny, welcoming, accomodating, flexable and open to our ideas, nothing was too much bother, we both instantly warmed to him. He barely stopped speaking before we both said “We want this place”, now baring in mind I am probably THE fussiest perfectionsit this was a HUGE deal, and a decision we have not regreted since. I am always concerned that companys are sometimes nice as pie until they get your booking but this couldnt be further from the truth with the guys at Fingask. Every time I have mailed them(and it has been a LOT!), Jan, Andrew, Gill or Renton has mailed me back that day or the next, answering every single point in full, never leaving anything out (something not a lot of companys do, trust me I mailed a LOT), they are always so helpful and obliging and funny with it, they always seem to be upbeat and cheerful, even when I am sure they must have 100 and 1 things to do round the massive estate, they make you feel like your important and not just a number, it’s so unusual to come across a place where every single person is so nice and great at what they do but I can hand on heart say these people are. I simply cannot express enough how glad I am the day I found Fingask and that I have had the pleasure, and that is what it has been in dealing with these people, a pleasure, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone at all, we are totally blown away with the service we have recieved and can not think of one single complaint, which lets face it is rare these days! I just think anyone who books with Fingask is going to have the best service you could hope to recieve and get a chance to meet some of the nicest most helpful people, and we are so looking forward to having our special day at Fingask and sharing it with these great people.

We got married at Glenalmond Chapel, followed by a reception at Fingask castle, on 12th April 2008 and I agree the castle really is a brilliant venue. There is no need to worry about the weather as if it is good the gardens are beautiful, if it is bad the inside of the castle is also beautiful. The Pavillion is also perfect for dinner and dancing later on, as are the cottages for your guests to fall in to at the end of the night! We would recommend this to anyone, and the staff are great in the run up to the event.

We were married on 21st June 2008 and spent a wonderful weekend at Fingask. On Friday we had a barbeque closr to the cottages, where our guests get to know each other, Saturday we had lunch followed by the ceremony and dinner and dancing in the evening and on Sunday we relaxed in the beautiful grounds. I highly recommend Fingask Castle as a place to choose for your wedding I would like to thank Andrew and his family for sharing their wonderful home with us for a few days and for helping to mak our wedding day so special.

I got married at Fingask Castle on February 16th 2008. We had a truly magical day and for once the weather in Soctland was amazing! Fingask is a wonderful place and perfect for getting married. All the team are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The venue is brilliant if you want to be in the same place all day and the cottages are cosy and spacious. I cannot recommend Fingask highly enough - they made our day so special!
